Marie Lundmark Trophy 2026 – Maailmanluokan muodostelmaluistelua Turussa
Muodostelmaluistelun Challenger-sarjan Marie Lundmark Trophy järjestetään Gatorade Centerissä Turussa 7.-8.2.2026. Kyseessä on yksi kauden jännittävimmistä kohtaamisista, sillä se on joukkueiden viimeinen kansainvälinen mahdollisuus kerätä World Standing -pisteitä lajin MM-kilpailuja varten.
Kansainvälisen luisteluliiton muodostelmaluistelun Challenger Series koostuu enintään neljästä kansainvälisestä osakilpailusta. Tiivistahtinen sarja tarjoaa joukkueille mahdollisuuden kilpailla kansainvälisellä tasolla ja hioa ohjelmia huippuunsa ennen huhtikuun Salzburgissa luisteltavia MM-kilpailuja.
Turun kilpailu on erityisen merkittävä SM-junioreille. Kilpailun parhaiten menestynyt suomalaisjoukkue saa automaattisesti edustuspaikan junioreiden maailmanmestaruuskilpailuihin, jotka luistellaan maaliskuussa Gdanskissa. Marie Lundmark Trophy 2026 – World-class Synchronized Skating in Turku
CS Marie Lundmark Trophy will take place at Gatorade Center in Turku on 7–8 February 2026. It is one of the most exciting events of the season, as it is the teams’ last international opportunity to earn World Standing points for the ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships.
The ISU Challenger Series in Synchronized Skating consists of up to four international competitions. This compact series gives teams the chance to compete at international level and refine their programs ahead of the ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships in April in Salzburg.
The Turku event is particularly important for Finnish junior teams. The highest placed Finnish team in the junior category will automatically secure a spot at the ISU World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships, to be held in Gdansk in March. The second Finnish spot will be allocated after the Marie Lundmark Trophy based on the average of the season’s best scores.
